SPIRIT MESSAGES!

Another year is ending and another year begins. With any luck at all 2017 will be a better and brighter year then 2016. There have been many deaths in the celebrity world last year and that is likely to continue in the next. Spirits say that there will be deaths in high places, particularly in the political world, with Monarchs and other heads of state succumbing. There are predictions of more and frequent earthquakes on the pacific rim, and indeed  throughout the world. Pay careful attention to Great Britain and also to Germany, events in those places will be forefront in the news in the coming months. Disaster in Greece as well, and a major weather event here in the US. There will be news of unscrupulous activity in a higher counsel. On a lighter note, these events will led to an era of peace and tranquility that has not been seen for eons.

I have seen visions of a new discovery that will help produce food necessary for the survival of those in impoverished areas. I am also receiving impressions of Star People coming down from the heavens and assisting mankind. Watch to the Pleiades….

SPIRIT MESSAGES!

The year turns and there have been many unsettling events and some rather nice times in which to look back on. Spirits, although calmer of late then they were in the latter parts of 2016, are still predicting some major events yet to come. There will be fire from the earth in the circle of the west. Earthquakes that will change landscapes in many areas. There will be another death in high places and a change in an old Monarchy. The Levant quakes with fear as old enemies renew their battles. Europe reels once again with danger. The Dragon releases news that is not welcome, and the Bear stays calm while the Eagle restores it’s brilliance. From the center of the earth come Spirit allies that will bring Psychic changes to mankind. Look to the Pleiades for more hope. Orion changes his pattern. Storms and weather become unstable. Hope rises from an unknown source. Peace restored at long last!

SPIRIT MESSAGES

It’s been a while since I have posted any Spirit messages here, it’s not because the Spirits haven’t had much to say, but rather that I have not felt comfortable posting many gloom and doom messages. Spirits were very optimistic for a few weeks, but then the tide turned  and they kept giving me messages of Gotterdammerung! Not a good thing to post about during the holiday season. Spirits though have once again taken a more positive view of the future.  Although there are many who are continuing to create energy forms that are not beneficial, that practice has slackened a bit, but I’m sure will return in full force after the new year.

I am now getting more positive messages including some that say we are at the dawn of a new peace throughout the world! Hopefully these Spirits prediction will be manifest and not thwarted by the more malevolent Spirits.

I am also receiving a message from a young man who passed away due to a long and un-diagnosed illness this past year…he is not in any more pain and wants to tell his family that he is ok and will be with them for the holidays. I see fishing boats and seagulls. I don’t get a name, but i know he was well liked by many.

Der Belsnickel

The Belsnickel character originated in the Rhineland. When people immigrated to Pennsylvania, they brought their German traditions with them.^[6] Belsnickel was known in Pennsylvania in the early 1800s.^[3] Amongst the Pennsylvania Germans, Belsnickel is the character who visits homes prior to Christmas to check up on the behavior of the children. The traditional Belsnickel showed up at houses 1–2 weeks before Christmas and often created fright because he always knew exactly which of the children misbehaved.^[7] He would rap on the door or window with his stick and often the children would have to answer a question for him or sing some type of song. In exchange he would toss candies onto the floor. If the children jumped too quick for the treats, they may end up getting struck with Belsnickel’s switch. Although he may seem like a harsh character, the tradition of Belsnickel is an amusing one and rather benign.

An 1853 article in a British magazine describing Pennsylvanian customs refers to “Pelsnichol, or Nicholas with the fur, alluding to the dress of skins in which he is said to be clad. Some make Pelsnichol identical with Krishkinkle, but the more general opinion is that they are two personages, one the rewarder of the good, the other the punisher of the bad.” According to this article, Pelsnichol merely leaves a birch rod in the stockings of naughty children. ^[8]

There are two versions of Belsnickel, the rural and the urban characters. Both are described in the book, Christmas in Pennsylvania: a folk cultural study, by Alfred L. Shoemaker and Don Yoder. The tradition fell into decline toward the end of the nineteenth century, but has seen a revival in recent years.^[3]
